Gut Health

Mood, food and the new science of the gut brain connection.

Science is discovering life and death begin in the colon.

The gut is the foundation and a very important part of our overall health.

OUR GUT is affected by toxins, pollution, pesticides, medication, and antibiotics that we have taken in the past or might be in the food we eat.

Other factors are water, family size, early nutrition, fever and other illnesses we’ve had in the past.

SYMPTOMS OF AN IMBALANCED MICROBIOME:

·        Abdominal Problems

·        Aging and Poor Skin Color

·        Itching & Allergies

·        Bloating and Gas and Diarrhea

·        Rashes and Eczema

·        Feeling too full that food is just sitting in your stomach and not being digested

·        Hair loss or dull lifeless hair

·        Infections

·        Muscle Problems and Joint Problems

·        Nausea

·        Rashes or other Skin Problems

·        Swelling of Ankles

·        Tingling/Numbing in Hands and Feet

·        Fatigue and Exhaustion

The MICROBIOME (the Gut) is known as the 2ND BRAIN

The first thing that develops in the womb is the gut, spine and brain connection, thus, supporting your Microbiome (gut) can also affect the Brain.

It is known as the Second Brain and if not cared for properly can cause the following:

·        Depression and Anxiety

·        Brain fog and Difficulty Focusing

·        Headaches and Fatigue

·        Memory Problems and the Inability to concentrate

·        Frequent feelings of hunger

·

80% of our IMMUNE SYSTEM starts in our MICROBIOME (gut) so take care of it to stay healthy.

THE LIFE SPAN OF A MICROBIOME IS 20 min to 5 hours, therefore your day to day decisions of what to eat and drink affect it quickly. Over days, weeks months and years, habits can affect it deeply and create health or illness.

Most products for the gut in the market are destroyed in the stomach acid and most companies try to increase the quanity of CFU’s, or the amount of pre-biotics, pro-biotics, and post-biotics, hoping that more Might get thru and survive the stomach acid to directly help the gut. A bead-let type technology has been discovered and is needed to protect products from breaking down in the stomach acid to get to the gut to be effective. Also, without a healthy microbiome, you’re likely not getting optimal nutrients from the foods you eat.
